Steel artist, Furniture Designer and certified welder Robert Simmons, a Utah native, has almost 30 years of experience bending steel. He's done everything from erecting multi-storied buildings to pipelining, from working as a crab fisherman on the Bering Sea to creating exceptional modern art. Robert and his wife opened Invictus Steelworks five years ago, and Robert’s unique and imaginative statement furniture has been in popular demand ever since. Invictus Steelworks luxury furniture designs, gazebos and sculpture can be found in homes, offices, hotels and restaurants from coast to coast and internationally. All work is custom and made to order. Invictus offers a robust line of glass, copper, metal, and other unique table tops to complement any Invictus design. Robert’s work has been exhibited at many prominent shows and arts festivals, including the Architectural Digest Design Show in NYC, the pinnacle of design shows for home furnishings. He’ll be exhibiting again in Utah this summer, at both the Utah Arts Festival in June, and the Kimball Park City Arts Festival in August 2019.
